Quantity Surveying
HMG Associates by incorporating a Quantity Surveying Division in conjunction
with their Architectural Division, establish cost budgets at a very
early stage in the Design process. This enables Design and Budget to
be considered in parallel in any decision making.
Quantity surveyors provide cost management and cost control skills
to the design team. In a partnership approach, this enables the design
team to produce the most suitable building in meeting the client's brief
and staying within budget.
Additional fees for this cost consultant are much less significant
than the savings that can be achieved by utilising this skill and expertise
in controlling costs at all stages of construction.
